I ordered 3 items from Amazon for Xmas. Used klarna to pay.

For some reason the merchandise was listed on Klarna twice. I reported that one was a duplicate and they "paused it while under investigation ". In the meantime I paid of the original purchase. I had to send proof after proof that the second one was a duplicate.

I got Amazon to send emails stating I only ordered the items once. Klarna wanted screenshots of an online chat with Amazon. Sent them that. Even screenshot picture of my purchase being paid in full and screenshot of the same order stating payment dates.

I have re.oved my bank info and credit card info from the app. I refuse to pay for something I have already paid off. If Amazon is telling them I only purchased the items once why don't they belive them??? I'm done with Klarna.

They can take me to collections and I still won't pay it. I've been a devoted klarna customer for years...paid off every single account and this is the thanks I get. Never missed a payment, never had an issue with payments but suddenly I'm trying to take advantage of them by refusing to pay for items I didn't order??? And they don't even take the word of Amazon?

The Amazon folks even were scratching thier heads.

Everyone I have showed all my emails to and screenshot to have all scratched thier heads. No more klarna ever again!!

I’m being overcharged with Klarna

I had a price of $102.22 being split in 4s to pay every two weeks, but a transaction in my bank was withdrawn for $102.22 BY KLARNA, and they are still going me in the app that I have an upcoming payment of $51.10 and two others for $25.56. You guys are taking my money. Ive spoken with an assistant and they said they would try to help, but its been almost 24hours since.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received my order on the 9-24-24, by the person whose house it was delivered to.

Im trying to reach them to let them know, I didnt receive my item. They sent it to the wrong address and I have pictures to prove it.

I have reached out to carrier and to people Gift Express.

And neither one wants to resolve the issue. Im on a payment plan, for something I dont have.

I have wigs that are not to my liking, particularly the nappy hair wigs. I would like a refund on my package.

I needed to straighten out a financial matter that was a great importance to me and the only way I was able to communicate was via text. I kept asking for a live representative and was only given an AI robot to assist me.

It gets worse. It seems the AI bot was able to tell me what I wanted, which gave me some hope. But when I asked a further question or how this could be handled or what I could expect for the outcome, the AI robot only repeated the same sentences over and over again, telling me how it understood what I wanted And is there anything else it could do for me. It is clear that Klarna does not care about its customers enough to assist them when theyre having a problem.

They are on a part of the worst kind of corporation and was unable to facilitate any assistance whatsoever. I had thought I wouldve heard from them by now, but I havent even received as much as an email. They are terrible, terrible terrible terrible. And I urge anyone and everyone to steer clear.

I started my request using English and they responded to me in a different language so I asked if they could speak in English, please and they did.

But as you can see from my posted media files the AI that was supposed to assist me kept repeating the same thing over and over again no matter what I entered.

I asked for a live agent and it said the same paragraph over and over again offering no assistance or any help whatsoever. I then spent an hour looking for a phone number for Klarna and could not find anything.

I needed to straighten out a financial matter that was a great importance to me and the only way they had to communicate was via text. So I was made to chat with an AI bot.

I kept asking for a live representative and was only given an AI robot to assist me. It gets worse. It seems the AI robot was only able to tell me what I wanted, which gave me some false hope. But when I asked further question like how this would be handled and what I could expect as an outcome?

The AI robot only repeated the same sentences over and over again, telling me how it understood what I wanted And is there anything else it could do for me. THATS YOUR ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!! It is clear that Klarna does not care about its customers enough to assist them when theyre having an issue or problem. They are among one of the worst kind of corporations!!

They have absolutely no customer service and didnt care enough to facilitate any assistance whatsoever. I had thought I wouldve heard from them by now, but I havent even received as much as an email.

They are terrible, terrible terrible terrible. And I urge anyone and everyone to steer clear and avoid the headache and the Wasted Time of dealing with a corporation that could care less about you.

I didnt get an answer for my refund after sendin back items of SHEIN that I paid through payment of for through Klama! I received refund on October 3 which I had already paid in full the payment of four!

I ordered three bottles of the product from this merchant for $177. Instead of charging me for three, I was charged for two orders of the same item.

I have been trying to get in touch with the merchant to send me a return label for the second order that I didn't order, but haven't heard back from them.

I have filed a dispute with you guys so that I won't be charged twice. I see that you were trying to bill me again for the second order, for which the payment failed.

My order was cancelled because they didn't have the bag I ordered in stock, but 2 payments were taken and the other 2 were put on pause. I have been waiting for the past few days to receive my money back, but so far nothing has happened.

I will never use Klarna ever again. I am out a total of $112.00 because I returned a pair of sneakers to JD Sport and did an exchange with another pair.

Klarna was supposed to reverse the charges once I returned the sneakers to the store, but they kept charging me.

Now I ended up paying twice. I tried to reach Klarna's customer service to get my money back, but they make it so hard and complicated to get any type of human contact, so I'm still out $112.00, and now I don't even know how to get my money back.

I cancelled an item with Amazon that Klarna still wants payment on. Amazon didn't get a payment, but Klarna won't end the transaction.

I cancelled the Louvixa Power Lift Chair that was $289.98 on 9/26/24 and purchased a Lucklife Power Lift Recliner Chair instead. There was no cancellation number given, but there was a note by email.
